This effectively removed the old ClockworkMod driver. The only way I could thoroughly get rid of that pesky oem47.inf file referencing ClockworkMod was:

The older driver kept getting priority, despite PROPER drivers present on Windows 10. My Pixel 5 kept getting assigned the WRONG driver, resulting in no access for file transfer. Windows 10 doesn't seem to have a thorough "self cleaning" to correct this.

TLDR Older "ClockworkMod" for ADB install was shoddily done, as removal did not clean up properly. Thanks to a technical guy over on XDA Developer forums, I FINALLY solved this problem. Anyone here have a clue as to what I should do? There MUST be a simple solution for this. If I was a novice user who wanted to simply transfer files, I'd be stuck. I do NOT want to install the Android Studio on my laptop. One person I'd corresponded with said he had the same "Google Nexus ADB Interface" device appearing, but his Pixel was showing up in Explorer. But if I had only one laptop, I'd be screwed. My only solace is that I've got a backup laptop that I've not upgraded yet, and I can access my Pixel 5 there. I've posted to Ten Forums, XDA Developer, and Google Support.

Even went into the registry to make sure, but when plugging the Pixel 5 in that device driver keeps showing up. I used USBDeview and deleted the entries. Well, I uninstalled all that stuff, but this keeps showing up.

ClockworkMod had made an ADB driver for CMD prompt access. This is OLD stuff that I'd not been using any longer. Previously, it used to show under the device folder "Portable" as "Pixel 5." Now I'm getting an "Android Devices" folder with "Google Nexus ADB Interface" showing up. I'd plug in my Pixel 5 via USB, select "USB File Transfer" on the phone, and it would show up in Windows Explorer. It was no problem before this major release update to Windows 10. TLDR Impossible to transfer files between my Pixel 5 and Windows 10 laptop now.
